About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise, and explaining product features and benefits. The role also involves sharing information about extended service plans and financing options and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position requires flexible availability during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
