About The Position

The Lot Porter New is responsible for maintaining the dealership’s appearance, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing customer service. The role supports the sales and service departments by moving and parking vehicles, keeping dealership areas clean and presentable, and completing other tasks as needed, such as replenishing vehicle fluids and providing minor vehicle assistance. The schedule is full time, five days a week, with two days off and Sundays off.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physically able to drive and move vehicles.
Strong attention to detail to maintain the dealership’s professional appearance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing, a background check, and an MVR check.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry.
Basic knowledge of vehicles.

Responsibilities

Move and park vehicles on dealership premises and maintain the flow of traffic.
Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Keep the dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide customer service and direct customers to appropriate personnel.
Support sales and service departments with tasks as required, including replenishing vehicle fluids and minor vehicle assistance.
Follow company safety policies and procedures and immediately report accidents to a manager or supervisor.
