Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist service personnel, including service advisors, with receiving and customer pickup of units.
Pick up and deliver customer units as required.
Assist technicians and the shop foreman with control of all units.
Pre-stage the next unit for technicians.
Clean completed units.
Keep the warehouse organized so units are easy to access.
Maintain the service department.
Perform other duties deemed necessary for the success of the department and dealership.
Maintain positive working relationships with managers, employees, and other departments.
Follow dealership policies, including department housekeeping requirements, and comply with company dress codes.
