About The Position

As a BMW Genius/Porter, you will work directly with sales associates and managers to help ensure customers have a seamless purchase and exceptional experience. The role is suited to energetic, people-focused team members who are passionate about developing relationships, providing exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the automotive industry. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. Final pay depends on factors that may include relevant experience, industry experience, and education.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the dealership dress code.
