About The Position

The Lot Porter New maintains the dealership’s appearance, assists with vehicle movement, and provides customer service. This full-time role supports the dealership’s sales and service departments by moving and parking vehicles, keeping the premises clean and organized, and helping customers connect with the appropriate personnel. The position pays $18.00 per hour and is scheduled five days per week, with two days off and Sundays off.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to drive and move vehicles.
Strong attention to detail to maintain the dealership’s professional appearance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Authorization to work in the USA.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing, a background check, and an MVR check.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry.
Basic knowledge of vehicles.

Responsibilities

Move and park vehicles on the dealership premises to maintain traffic flow.
Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Keep the dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide customer service and direct customers to the appropriate personnel.
Support the sales and service departments with tasks such as replenishing vehicle fluids and providing minor vehicle assistance.
Follow company safety policies and procedures and immediately report accidents to a manager or supervisor.
