About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Lot Driver at the San Antonio Airport, located at 9559 Airport Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78216. The position pays $13.15 per hour and follows a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule. Available schedules include Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, or Saturday–Wednesday from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; Wednesday–Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.; and Sunday–Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Lot Drivers transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations. The role may involve communicating by two-way radio or cellular phone, working in all weather conditions, and performing other job-related duties as assigned. Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands, providing rental and other transportation-related services through a global network. The company and its affiliates manage a fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and operate more than 9,500 staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions, including DUI/DWI, on the driving record within the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
Must have six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Drive vehicles from the return location to the cleaning or servicing location.
Drive serviced vehicles from the cleaning location to the ready line and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone when needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
