About The Position

The Lot Driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles between Enterprise Mobility properties and designated locations for servicing, transport, and rental. The role helps ensure vehicles are ready for customers in accordance with quality standards. Drivers transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations. The position is full-time, pays $15.00 per hour, and is located at Milwaukee Airport, 5300 South Howell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207. Available schedules are Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, either 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m. The role includes moving vehicles between return, cleaning/servicing, and ready-line locations; relocating vehicles around the lot or facility; and delivering vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed. Drivers may ride with or follow other drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles, may communicate by two-way radio or cellular phone, and perform other assigned duties. Enterprise Mobility operates Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car, among other mobility services. The company and its affiliate manage a fleet of 2.4 million vehicles through more than 9,500 staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in over 90 countries and territories.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work-authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations.
Drive vehicles from return locations to cleaning or servicing locations.
Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning locations to ready-line locations and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
