About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Lot Driver at Milwaukee Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role pays $15.00 per hour and involves moving and positioning rental vehicles between designated locations for servicing, transport, and rental. Drivers help ensure vehicles are ready for customers and meet the company’s quality standards. The available schedules are Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, either 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m. The position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work-authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations.
Drive returned vehicles to cleaning or servicing locations.
Move serviced vehicles from cleaning locations to ready-line locations and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate using a two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
