Lot Driver - San Jose Airport - Full Time
About The Position
Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Lot Driver for the National/Alamo brand at San Jose Airport. The role involves moving and positioning rental vehicles between designated locations for servicing, transport, and rental, with a focus on having vehicles ready for customers according to company quality standards. This is a local driving position that offers the opportunity to drive multiple new-model cars. The position is located at 1659 Airport Blvd, Ste 8, San Jose, CA 95110, and starts at $20.52 per hour. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the airport.
- Drive returned vehicles to cleaning or servicing locations.
- Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning locations to ready-line locations and park them for customer access.
- Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
- Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
- Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
- Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
