About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Lot Driver at Medford Airport in Medford, Oregon. This non-CDL local driving position pays $16.50 per hour and involves operating newer-model vehicles. The driver moves and positions rental vehicles between designated locations for servicing, transport, and rental, helping ensure vehicles are ready for customers according to company quality standards. Drivers transport and shuttle vehicles among the National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the airport. Work includes moving vehicles between return, cleaning or servicing, and ready-line locations; moving vehicles around the lot or facility as directed; and delivering vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property when directed. Drivers may ride with or follow other drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles, communicate using a two-way radio or cellular phone, and perform other assigned job-related duties.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the airport.
Drive vehicles from return locations to cleaning or servicing locations.
Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning locations to ready-line locations and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
