About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Lot Driver Attendant at Midway Airport in Chicago, Illinois. The position is a non-CDL local driving role that involves moving and positioning rental vehicles between designated locations for servicing, transport, and rental readiness. Drivers help ensure vehicles are prepared for customers according to company quality standards. The listed pay is $17.05 per hour. The schedule is 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., five days per week for 40 hours, and may include weekends and holidays; Sunday availability is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accident on the driving record in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require company work-authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have 12 consecutive months of work or organizational experience.
Must live within 30 minutes of Midway Airport.
Must be available to work 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays; Sunday availability is required.
Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for any position in the last 12 months.
Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the airport.
Drive vehicles from return locations to cleaning or servicing locations.
Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning locations to ready-line locations and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate using a two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
