About The Position

GMC Danvers is seeking a part-time Lot Attendant for its service department. The role involves welcoming customers, assisting with vehicle drop-offs, moving and organizing vehicles, and supporting service operations. The attendant may also clean and prepare vehicles after service, deliver vehicles to customers, and provide transportation for customers as needed. The schedule varies and is 15–20 hours per week. Pay is $15 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist with vehicle drop-offs.
• Drive customer vehicles safely to designated areas within the dealership or service lot, following safety protocols.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to support vehicle transitions and timely service delivery.
• Keep the service parking lot organized and ensure vehicles are properly parked and accessible.
• Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers as required.
• Detail, wash, vacuum, and top off fuel in customer vehicles after service as needed.
• Transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced, as needed.
