About The Position
MedCap Health is seeking a physician to provide post-acute care in skilled nursing facilities. The physician will lead care teams and manage complex cases involving patients discharged early from hospitals, collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and specialists to deliver hospital-level care in a long-term setting. Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a leadership position or as a hospitalist is strongly preferred.
