About The Position
Legacy Management Group is seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Administrator to lead the overall operations of a skilled nursing facility. This hands-on leadership role provides strategic and day-to-day direction while overseeing operational performance, regulatory compliance, financial results, employee engagement, and quality outcomes. The Administrator works closely with facility leadership and corporate support to strengthen operations and ensure the facility’s continued success. The role is centered on supporting employees, strengthening operations, and creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and well cared for. The Administrator is expected to balance quality resident care, employee needs, regulatory requirements, and financial responsibilities.
Requirements
- Active Nursing Facility Administrator license in the applicable state.
- Bachelor’s degree, as required by the state’s Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, facility operations, and quality improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A visible, approachable, and results-driven leadership style.
- Ability to balance quality resident care, employee needs, regulatory requirements, and financial responsibilities.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is strongly preferred.
