About The Position

Schneider is seeking a Logistics Traffic Coordinator in Romulus, Michigan. The role serves as a liaison between a customer’s traffic office and Schneider, creating, reviewing, and completing inbound and outbound shipments. The coordinator builds positive relationships with Schneider’s customers, associates, and external vendors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track, trace, and expedite shipments.
• Resolve transportation and shipping issues quickly.
• Respond to customer calls and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Create, review, and complete inbound and outbound shipments.
• Build positive relationships with customers, associates, and external vendors.
