About The Position

The Logistics Specialist is a hands-on, active role involving warehouse work and local customer deliveries. The position includes handling tires and orders, operating warehouse equipment and vehicles, maintaining equipment, and providing customer service. Work takes place in a warehouse and outdoors in varying weather conditions. The role requires staying active throughout the shift and may include some Saturday work. OSHA certification training for order pickers and forklifts is provided.

Requirements

At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant work experience.
Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
Meet applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any applicable DOT minimum age requirement.
Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
Frequently lift and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds.
Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Work comfortably at heights up to 35 feet on order pickers.
Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height to meet equipment and safety-restraint specifications; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed under applicable law.

Responsibilities

Load and unload tires in the warehouse.
Deliver products to customers on local routes.
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately.
Perform basic vehicle checks and keep equipment clean.
Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
Assist with inventory and warehouse organization.
Safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations.
Follow all safety rules and company policies.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment.
