Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Previous distribution or production experience.
• Previous administrative support experience.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate information effectively to all contacts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
• Skill and diplomacy in dealing with people.
• PC skills, including a minimum working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer 8.
• Willingness and ability to learn new software applications with minimum difficulty.

Responsibilities

• Understand and display the Customer 1st Strategy at all times.
• Adapt to technological programs and requirements pertaining to the job.
• Understand the processing and execution of orders, claims, and backhauls.
• Trace, track, and locate inbound or outbound shipments.
• Initiate schedules and correspondence with dispatchers, vendors, and buyers.
• Show willingness to learn and advance as the job may expand.
• Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with all levels of the business, displaying trust and competency.
• Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
