About The Position

This entry-level role provides hands-on experience and exposure across operations, sales, and support functions in a third-party logistics (3PL) brokerage. An accelerated training and onboarding program provides instruction and mentorship from industry professionals. As employees develop, the company aims to identify their strengths and align them with opportunities across the business to support a long-term career in logistics. No prior logistics experience is necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Demonstrated ambition and eagerness to learn.
Proficiency with technology platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Learn the core principles of freight brokerage, including carrier relations, load management, and customer service.
Support daily logistics operations such as load tracking, scheduling, and real-time problem-solving.
Partner with sales and carrier representatives to support efficient freight movement and positive customer experiences.
Gain exposure to technology platforms and tools used in logistics operations.
Participate in a structured training program to build knowledge, confidence, and skills.
Develop professional relationships with team members, customers, and carriers.
