About The Position

This entry-level role introduces recent graduates and career changers to freight brokerage in a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment. Employees receive accelerated training and onboarding, work with industry professionals, and gain exposure to operations, sales, and support functions. As employees develop, the company seeks to align their strengths with opportunities across the business and support a long-term career in logistics.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Demonstrated ambition and eagerness to learn.
Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness under pressure.
Team-oriented approach and willingness to collaborate and learn.
Proficiency with technology platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of business, supply chain, or transportation.

Responsibilities

Learn the fundamentals of freight brokerage, including carrier relations, load management, and customer service.
Support daily logistics operations, including load tracking, scheduling, and real-time problem-solving.
Partner with sales and carrier representatives to support efficient freight movement and positive customer experiences.
Learn to use technology platforms and tools for logistics operations.
Participate in a structured training program to build knowledge, confidence, and skills.
Develop professional relationships with team members, customers, and carriers.
