About The Position

The Logistics Representative is an entry-level role providing exposure to operations, sales, and support functions within a third-party logistics brokerage. An accelerated training and onboarding program provides hands-on experience with freight brokerage fundamentals. Employees work alongside industry professionals who provide mentorship, and the company intends to identify individual strengths and align them with opportunities across the business to support long-term career development. No prior logistics experience is necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Demonstrated ambition and eagerness to learn.
Proficiency using technology platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness under pressure.

Responsibilities

Learn the core principles of freight brokerage, including carrier relations, load management, and customer service.
Support daily logistics operations, including load tracking, scheduling, and real-time problem-solving.
Partner with sales and carrier representatives to support efficient freight movement and customer experiences.
Gain exposure to technology platforms and tools used in logistics operations.
Participate in a structured training program to develop knowledge, confidence, and skills.
Develop professional relationships with team members, customers, and carriers.
