About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Logistics Manager, Functional Lead and Coordinator to oversee materiel flow from warehouse receipt through component package delivery to Pine Bluff Arsenal. The role supports a Department of Defense acquisition environment focused on mission readiness, controlled materiel, traceability, and secure delivery. The position leads logistics activities for Chemically Protected Deployable Medical System (CP DEPMEDS) product support and materiel integration as part of a broader consulting and program management engagement. The role coordinates with Operations, Warehouse, the Program Manager, and the Pine Bluff Arsenal receiving team. It maintains the logistics plan, forecasts shipments, prepares advance shipment notices (ASNs), and reconciles proof of delivery against shipment records. The contractor delivers component-level packages to Pine Bluff Arsenal; the Government and PBA retain responsibility for final set assembly and final packaging. This is a full-time, regular, W-2 exempt position with no overtime pay. The work arrangement is hybrid, with work performed on and off client sites in the continental United States. Contractor operating facility locations are to be determined. Government coordination is with ACC-APG Natick in Natick, Massachusetts, and travel and on-site support at Pine Bluff Arsenal in Arkansas may be required. English is the workplace language. U.S. citizenship is required, and visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in logistics or distribution management.
Relevant DoD or military sector experience.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Clear verbal and written communication skills and close attention to detail.
Ability to plan transportation, track shipment status, and develop alternate routes to recover delayed shipments.
Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor throughput, sequence work, and enforce packaging controls.
Ability to lead logistics operations, coordinate with suppliers and carriers, and assign ownership for resolving issues.
Ability to use project management methods and tools to prioritize competing tasks, meet milestones, and adapt to changing requirements.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 years of experience in government or regulated logistics.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business; equivalent operational management experience is acceptable.
Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification.
Functional and technical expertise in logistics and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, warehousing, inventory movements, and materiel preservation.
Direct kit preparation and packaging, and confirm kits are ready in line with delivery priorities.
Coordinate freight, carriers, and component package deliveries with Pine Bluff Arsenal.
Review shortages and blocked work daily.
Monitor incoming receipts, priority kits, safety concerns, and actions due within the next 10 working days.
Lead logistics activities for CP DEPMEDS product support and materiel integration.
Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, the Program Manager, and the Pine Bluff Arsenal receiving team.
