About The Position

Bonji Foods is seeking an organized and persistent Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to manage outbound logistics and finished goods inventory for its frozen smoothie bowl base and sorbet manufacturing business. The role coordinates truckloads with freight brokers, carriers, and third-party warehouses, and oversees local direct-to-customer deliveries and the inventory supporting them. It reports directly to ownership. No logistics experience is required; training is provided, and the role is described as a career-building position with room to grow as the company scales. The position is full-time and on-site in Middlesex, New Jersey, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $50,000–$56,000 per year, depending on qualifications. During the first 90 days, the coordinator will learn the products, customers, and daily workflow; take over driver routing and direct-account inventory tracking; and begin booking truckloads and coordinating with third-party warehouses.
