Spa Inventory and Logistics Coordinator
About The Position
Woodhouse Spa Minnesota is hiring a full-time Inventory and Logistics Coordinator based at its Regional Distribution Center in Arden Hills, Minnesota. The position supports three Woodhouse Spa locations in Woodbury, Roseville, and Maple Grove by receiving, organizing, preparing, and moving inventory and supplies. The coordinator also processes guest mail-out purchases, assists with inventory tracking and data entry, keeps the warehouse organized, and may occasionally help deliver items to the spas. The role works alongside and reports to the Regional Inventory Director. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, punctual, comfortable working independently and following direction, and able to manage hands-on tasks as well as computer-based work. Experience in inventory, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus, but training is available. The position requires the ability to lift 35 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unbox, and organize incoming products and supplies.
- Pack and prepare inventory for delivery to the three spas.
- Process and ship guest mail-out purchases.
- Coordinate couriers and keep inventory moving.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
- Assist with inventory tracking, data entry, and computer-based tasks.
- Occasionally help with deliveries to the spas when needed.
- Work alongside the Regional Inventory Director to keep operations on track.
