Spa Inventory and Logistics Coordinator
About The Position
Woodhouse Spa Minnesota is hiring a full-time Inventory & Logistics Coordinator based at its Regional Distribution Center in Arden Hills, Minnesota. The role supports three spa locations in Woodbury, Roseville, and Maple Grove by receiving, organizing, packing, shipping, and delivering products and supplies. The coordinator also helps maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse and supports inventory tracking and computer-based tasks. The position works alongside and reports to the Regional Inventory Director. Experience in inventory, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus, but training is available.
Requirements
- Be organized and attentive to detail.
- Be reliable and punctual, and take pride in work.
- Work independently and take direction well.
- Have solid computer skills and be comfortable learning new systems.
- Be able to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to occasional changes in plans.
- Be able to lift 35 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unbox, and organize incoming products and supplies.
- Pack and prepare inventory for delivery to the three spa locations.
- Process and ship guest mail-out purchases.
- Coordinate couriers and keep inventory moving.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
- Assist with inventory tracking, data entry, and computer-based tasks.
- Occasionally help with deliveries to the spas when needed.
- Work alongside the Regional Inventory Director to keep operations on track.
