Requirements

Proficiency in CRM software and standard digital logistics tools.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this on-site French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery inquiries and resolve supply chain logistics discrepancies for French-speaking clients.
Coordinate between warehouse operations, carrier services, and end customers to ensure timely delivery schedules.
Monitor real-time shipment tracking, providing accurate updates and proactive solutions to logistics bottlenecks.
Maintain high service standards by addressing complex claims related to the logistics and supply chain process.
Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and operational excellence.
Update and maintain accurate database logs regarding regional shipping routes and delivery status reports.
Provide expert guidance on shipping policies, delivery timeframes, and transport regulations to ensure full customer satisfaction.
