Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation.
• Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or high-volume customer support preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and desire to grow within the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, managing logistics inquiries and delivery schedules.
• Monitor end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure timely dispatch and arrival of shipments.
• Resolve complex delivery challenges by coordinating directly with internal departments and global logistics partners.
• Provide real-time updates and professional communication regarding freight movement and status tracking.
• Optimize delivery workflows to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
• Maintain accurate data records within CRM and Logistics Management systems.
• Identify and escalate supply chain bottlenecks to maintain a high standard of service reliability.
