About The Position

Integrity Express Logistics is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator (LC) to provide daily support to a Logistics Account Executive. The LC reports to the Sales Support Manager and handles phone and email communication, appointment setting, check calls, and load building. The role requires thriving in a fast-paced work environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Focus, self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Keyboarding proficiency and the technical knowledge needed to perform the job, particularly with Microsoft Office products.

• Administrative experience and/or logistics brokerage experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep accounts running smoothly each day through strong organization.
• Maintain relationships with customers and carriers through consistent communication and customer service.
• Perform account-management tasks, including load building, appointment scheduling, phone management, and email correspondence.
• Dispatch trucks to pickup locations.
• Make daily check calls to confirm timely product pickup and delivery.
• Qualify carriers to match customers’ shipments.
• Communicate shipment details and negotiate rates with prospective carriers.
• Perform ad hoc duties.
