Logistics Coordinator CLT (2nd Shift)
About The Position
Dash Courier & Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for its fast-paced, high-volume, 24/7/365 on-demand courier service. The role supports business operations and involves training across dispatch, customer service, order entry, and branch support. The coordinator schedules courier logistics, enters and manages orders, communicates with drivers, customers, and team members, supports dispatch operations, and maintains accurate records. Shift hours generally fall between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM but may vary with business needs. Weekend availability may be required, and the role may involve different shifts, overtime, or holidays.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Clean criminal background and motor vehicle record, with no felonies or DUIs in the past 7 years.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead by example and take initiative.
- Familiarity with geographic areas and routing.
- Proficiency in office software and computer systems.
- High school or equivalent education required.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or customer service.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of dispatching experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Responsibilities
