About The Position

Trucare is seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to work full-time on-site in Bermuda Dunes. The position supports the movement of supplies, equipment, and resources for healthcare operations. The coordinator schedules deliveries, tracks shipments, maintains inventory records, and communicates with vendors and internal teams to help ensure medical supplies and materials are delivered accurately and on time. The role offers an hourly pay range of $30 to $36 USD and an opportunity to develop logistics skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for tracking and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and move packages as required by the role.
Reliable and adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Coursework or certification in logistics or supply chain.
Familiarity with inventory management or logistics software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of deliveries and supply shipments.
Track incoming and outgoing shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock level monitoring.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to resolve delivery issues.
Process purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
Support internal departments with logistics requests and supply needs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and handling requirements.
Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
Maintain organized records of shipping, receiving, and logistics activities.
Respond promptly to urgent supply requests and time-sensitive deliveries.
