About The Position

DP World is seeking an L2 Logistics Coordinator for its Santa Clara, California team. The role supports customer order lifecycles and inbound and outbound operations through customer service, reporting, order processing, scheduling, planning, and coordination. The coordinator works closely with Key Account control tower staff, customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to meet service and KPI expectations. The position is suited to a results-oriented team player with logistics or planning customer-service experience who can adapt to a changing, high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

Customer-service experience in logistics or planning.
Ability to build customer relationships and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong Excel skills for tracking and analysis.
Ability to adapt and work in a changing, high-pressure environment.
Ability to multitask effectively.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Excel VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and escalations and manage day-to-day reports throughout the customer order lifecycle.
Build a close working relationship with Key Account control tower staff by understanding and meeting their day-to-day business requirements.
Complete and submit customer and carrier performance reports weekly or monthly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Schedule, plan, and coordinate activities supporting inbound and outbound product operations.
Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Set up orders using the preferred internal system, including through EDI feeds or manual creation.
Ensure orders are picked and processed on time to meet KPI requirements, and help monitor inventory levels against customer expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
