About The Position

P&G is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for its Internal conference space team (theGYM) at the Mason location. The role supports teams’ logistical needs from request through execution, working with session owners and requestors to ensure needs are addressed promptly, integrated into session plans, and aligned with policy. The coordinator also builds and manages a dedicated website for every confirmed session.

Requirements

High school diploma or higher.
At least 3 years of experience working with a digital registration platform (CMS) or similar.
At least 5 years of hands-on customer service experience.
Ability to work 5 days per week at the Mason, Ohio location.
Strong attention to detail and self-directedness.
Ability to manage priorities effectively and collaborate seamlessly.
Professional written and oral communication skills with all levels.
Ability to lead and influence.

Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

Own the full logistics process, including confirming sessions, reviewing and assessing needs, communicating with the session point of contact, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of needs before each session.
Keep policies clear and ensure they are followed throughout planning.
Collaborate and communicate with session owners and requestors, proactively providing required information and responding to email questions and session requests while maintaining policy and mission.
Build, deploy, and communicate websites for each session; provide support and integrate special needs on a case-by-case basis.
Become the subject matter expert on new software and capabilities to serve customers and improve reporting of results.
Communicate by phone, email, Teams chat, planning meetings (in person or via Teams), and in-person tours for setup and planning.
Manage assigned vendor and supplier inventory, submit orders, and manage service agreements.
