About The Position

The Logistic Yard Coordinator keeps transportation and yard operations running smoothly, serving as a liaison among drivers, transportation providers, and site operations. The role coordinates trailer and load movements, supports driver needs, performs visual safety inspections, and helps prioritize daily transportation activities so materials move efficiently throughout the facility. The position calls for an organized, proactive person interested in logistics, supply chain operations, and DOT regulations, with flexibility to support occasional early-morning or evening transportation activity.

The role is responsible for sizable operational tasks or processes, operational documentation, and work in specialized areas such as blending, regulatory, supply chain, or inventory. The coordinator typically leads and coordinates the work of others without being a supervisor, and works autonomously within established procedures and practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to climb, stoop, and kneel at heights up to 100 feet.
