About The Position

At RDO Equipment Co., the Yard Coordinator supports equipment readiness and smooth yard operations while helping deliver quality service and build lasting customer relationships. The role organizes, tracks, and manages equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard; inspects, cleans, and details equipment for delivery, rental, or demonstration; and moves, stages, and coordinates machinery between the yard and shop. The coordinator partners with the service team, maintains a safe, clean, and professional environment, and represents RDO with pride. The position is based in Riverside and supports customers across the region.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• Basic computer skills for documenting work and navigating systems.
• Customer-focused mindset and professional attitude when interacting with others.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and staying active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Organize, track, and manage equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment to prepare it for delivery, rental, or demonstration.
• Move and stage machinery and coordinate its movement between the yard and shop.
• Partner with the service team to support smooth operations and timely, accurate job completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.
• Deliver strong customer service and represent RDO professionally.
