Yard Coordinator

About The Position
The Yard Coordinator works with multiple departments to ensure customers receive quality service for equipment rentals, purchases of new and used equipment, and service repairs. The role involves operating, inspecting, preparing, cleaning, and maintaining equipment, while organizing yard displays and storage areas and conducting inventory counts. The position requires working safely around heavy equipment in both outdoor yard and indoor settings. Travel may be required for training or to assist at other locations.
Requirements
- Basic maintenance experience with various types of equipment.
- Familiarity with equipment usage and how equipment is operated.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to drive and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work safely with and around heavy equipment and operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Operate and inspect machines for operational issues or damage.
- Perform minor equipment repairs and maintenance.

- Prepare and clean rental, used, and sales equipment.
- Travel for training or to assist at other locations as needed.
