About The Position

Pape’ Machinery, Inc.’s Construction & Forestry Division is seeking a Yard Coordinator/Warehouse team member in Maui, Hawaii. The role helps keep the yard, equipment, and parts warehouse clean, organized, and ready to serve customers. Duties include checking in equipment and freight, cleaning and fueling equipment, maintaining the shop, organizing warehouse inventory, supporting customer parts orders, and delivering parts and small equipment for the Parts, Sales, and Service departments. The position suits a highly organized, self-motivated person who can work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The company provides training and ongoing support.

Requirements

Two years of previous warehouse experience.
Knowledge of parts inventory.
A driver’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment check-ins.
Steam clean, wash, and fuel equipment.
Keep the shop clean inside and out.
Oversee and organize the parts warehouse to support selling and shipping parts to customers.
Check in freight.
Use a forklift to organize the warehouse and load and unload trucks.
Assist the Parts Counter with customer orders.
Deliver parts and small equipment for the Parts, Sales, and Service departments.
