About The Position

Pape’ Rents is seeking a Yard Coordinator to join its team in City of Industry, California. This fast-paced role oversees the day-to-day activities of Yard/Utility workers and helps keep the yard and equipment organized, clean, and ready for customers. Daily duties include checking in equipment, steam cleaning, washing and fueling equipment, performing light mechanical work, and shipping and receiving. Pape’ provides training, resources, and support to help employees grow their skills and careers. Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Requirements

Be a self-starter who can work without direct supervision.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Be able to frequently lift and move 50 pounds.
Have a driver’s license and a good driving record.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Oversee the day-to-day activities of Yard/Utility workers.
Help keep the yard and equipment organized, clean, and ready for customers.
