About The Position

Pape’ Rents is seeking a Yard Coordinator to join its team in City of Industry, California. The role oversees the day-to-day activities of Yard/Utility workers and helps ensure the yard and equipment are organized, clean, and ready for customers. Duties include equipment check-ins, steam cleaning, washing and fueling equipment, light mechanical work, and shipping and receiving. Pape’ offers career training, resources, and support, with compensation based on skills, training, and experience.

Requirements

• Self-starter who can work without direct supervision.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of Yard/Utility workers.
• Help keep the yard and equipment organized, clean, and ready for customers.
• Perform equipment check-ins.
• Steam clean, wash, and fuel equipment.
• Perform light mechanical work.
• Ship and receive equipment or items.
