About The Position

Ole is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage logistics throughout its supply chain. The role organizes and provides efficient transportation and storage solutions across the life cycle of products, from raw-material acquisition through final-product distribution. The coordinator helps ensure efficient, cost-effective supply chain operations, maintains customer relationships, resolves distribution issues, and negotiates effectively. The position oversees transportation and supports inventory and warehouse operations, monitors shipments and carrier performance, addresses shipment and inventory problems, and works with suppliers, retailers, and customers to meet KPIs. It also focuses on service quality, customer satisfaction, and developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and measurable.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
Strong experience in customer service.
Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of DOT laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
Knowledge of FTL, LTL, refrigerated transportation, storage, and warehouse operations.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Computer proficiency and working knowledge of logistics software.
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
BS/BA in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Oversee supply chain operations.
Organize and manage transportation, and support inventory and warehouse operations.
Analyze and optimize logistical procedures.
Review, prepare, and route purchase orders.
Ensure the safe and timely pickup, tracking, and delivery of shipments.
Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and carrier performance.
Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues.
Supervise orders and equipment to ensure they meet internal and external customers’ needs.
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve KPIs.
Ensure the quality of services meets company standards.
Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and measurable.
Ensure premises, assets, and communication channels are used effectively.
Interact with customers and handle queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them consistently.
