About The Position

The Lodging Manager ensures safe, clean, and well-maintained lodging at the Green River, Utah location. The role handles daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities, including routine preventative maintenance, facility inspections, landscaping, lodging-unit repairs, and check-in and check-out procedures for occupants. The manager maintains lodging paperwork and records, follows safety practices, and works with the District Manager to find contractors for larger repairs.

Requirements

Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs, including painting, cleaning, and replacing fixtures or hardware.
Ability to maintain landscaping and perform basic repairs on property-maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to follow safety practices and use personal protective equipment.
Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Work through daily, weekly, and monthly task lists to keep lodging safe and well-maintained.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on lodging units.
Conduct walk-throughs and checklists when occupants check in to or out of units.
Understand and enforce the lodging agreement.
Repair lodging units as needed, including painting, cleaning, and replacing fixtures or hardware.
Work with the District Manager to find contractors for larger repairs.
Ensure paperwork is signed for each unit before allowing occupancy.
Maintain landscaping on the lodging property.
Perform basic repairs on equipment and tools used to maintain the property.
Keep equipment and work tools clean, organized, and secure.
Maintain and update maintenance records and Safety Data Sheets.
Maintain a safe facility, follow safety-first practices, and use personal protective equipment.
Maintain personal grooming standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
