About The Position

The Lodge Manager manages counselor-in-training and staff lodge/dish crews to maintain the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the lodge and other shared spaces on the property, including Wyly Lodge and the Boyman Center. The manager is responsible for completing work not finished by CIT crews and maintaining the lodge in its entirety. A Food Safety Certification course is provided.

Requirements

• Experience managing people.
• Thoroughness and cleanliness.
• At least 21 years old at the time of employment.
• Willingness to uphold high moral and ethical standards.
• Enthusiasm for working with people with love, patience, and consistency.
• Ability to flexibly support a variety of kitchen and lodge areas as needs arise.
• Ability to work on a separate schedule from the rest of camp.
• Ability to work flexibly, efficiently, and quickly as needs arise.
• Ability to work on your feet for long hours.
• Ability to start work early in the morning and work a full day.

Nice To Haves

• College graduate preferred.
