About The Position

The Lodge Manager oversees counselor-in-training and staff lodge/dish crews to maintain the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the lodge and shared property spaces, including Wyly Lodge and the Boyman Center. The manager is responsible for completing work left unfinished by CIT crews and maintaining the lodge in its entirety. The role may require flexible support in kitchen and lodge areas as needs arise, working a schedule separate from the rest of camp, starting early, and working a full day.

Requirements

At least 21 years old at the time of employment.
Experience managing people.
Thoroughness and cleanliness.
Willingness to uphold high moral and ethical standards.
Enthusiasm for working with people with love, patience, and consistency.
Ability to work on a schedule separate from the rest of camp.
Ability to work flexibly, efficiently, and quickly as needs arise.
Ability to work on your feet for long hours.
Ability to start work early in the morning and work a full day.

Nice To Haves

College graduate preferred.
