About The Position

Kinloch Golf Club is seeking a reliable, personable Locker Room Attendant to assist the Locker Room Manager in providing exceptional service to members and guests. The role is suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, takes pride in their work, and is interested in part-time afternoon and evening hours in a welcoming golf club environment.

The attendant welcomes members and guests, supports daily locker room operations, issues lockers, keys, towels, and other amenities, and keeps locker rooms and related areas clean, organized, and stocked. The position also involves safeguarding personal belongings, assisting with guest locker assignments during tournaments and special events, recording member charges, addressing routine requests, escalating concerns, and completing evening closing duties. The attendant follows Club service, safety, and security procedures.

The schedule consists of part-time afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, build rapport, and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Assist the Locker Room Manager with daily operations and member requests.
• Issue lockers, keys, towels, and other amenities.
• Keep locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and related areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and supplies, and notify the manager when additional items are needed.
• Help safeguard members’ and guests’ personal belongings.
• Assist with guest locker assignments during tournaments and special events.
• Record member charges accurately as directed.
• Address routine requests and bring concerns to the manager’s attention.
• Complete evening closing duties, leaving assigned areas clean, stocked, and secured.
• Follow Club service, safety, and security procedures.
