About The Position

The Locker Room and Maintenance Associate maintains cleanliness, organization, amenities, linens, supplies, and equipment in the locker rooms while providing exceptional, customer-centered service to clients and members. The role also supports club operations, events, projects, and programs as needed. Work must comply with OSHA standards and club protocols. The position pays $15–$20 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on local wage laws, location, specialty, certifications, work experience, and other business needs. Requirements

Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
Basic writing, math, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in a maintenance position is preferred.
Strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of cleanliness in locker rooms at all times.
Refill amenities and disposable supplies.
Gather, wash, dry, and fold linens as needed.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and locker room amenities.
Empty and remove trash as needed.
Keep equipment, closets, and dispensaries clean and organized.
Provide exceptional service to clients through customer-centric behavior.
Spot-clean locker rooms frequently throughout the day in compliance with OSHA standards and club protocols.
Assist with special events, projects, and programs as needed.
Assist with club operations as needed.
Ensure locker room equipment is functioning properly.
Resolve member issues using effective customer service and leadership skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
