About The Position

The Bartender creates and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages behind the bar and in the dining area for members and guests. The role includes preparing a wide variety of drinks, answering questions about ingredients, suggesting beverages and cocktails, and helping provide a positive guest experience while maintaining beverage quality and service standards. The Bartender is also responsible for operating bar equipment properly and monitoring guests’ alcohol intake to ensure alcoholic beverages are not served to anyone under age 21.

Requirements

Excellent people and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and perform.
1–2 years of bartending experience.

Responsibilities

Fill drink orders for guests.
Answer questions about drink ingredients and suggest beverages and cocktails.
Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
Operate all bar equipment properly.
Maintain beverage quality and service standards to contribute to a positive guest experience.
Monitor guests’ alcohol intake and ensure alcoholic beverages are not served to people under age 21.
