About The Position

The Locker Room Bartender creates and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages behind the bar and in the dining area. The role involves filling drink orders, answering questions about ingredients, suggesting beverages and cocktails, and mixing and serving a wide variety of drinks. The bartender is responsible for proper operation of bar equipment and for maintaining beverage quality and service standards to contribute to a positive guest experience. The role also requires monitoring guests’ alcohol intake and ensuring alcoholic beverages are not served to anyone under 21. The Woodlands Country Club, Tournament Course is located in The Woodlands, Texas. Requirements

Excellent people and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and perform.
1–2 years of bartending experience.
Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
