About The Position

Exos is seeking a Locker Room and Maintenance Associate to maintain clean, organized, and functional locker room facilities while providing customer-centric service to clients and members. The role includes cleaning locker rooms, replenishing supplies, handling linens and trash, maintaining inventories, and ensuring equipment works properly. The associate may also support club operations and special events, projects, and programs as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
• Basic writing, math, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in a maintenance position, preferred.
• Strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in locker rooms at all times.
• Refill amenities and disposable supplies.
• Gather, wash, dry, and fold linens as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and locker room amenities.
• Empty and remove trash as needed.
• Keep equipment, closets, and dispensaries clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional service to clients through customer-centric behavior.
• Spot-clean locker rooms frequently throughout each day in compliance with OSHA standards and club protocols.
• Assist with special events, projects, and programs as needed.
• Assist with club operations as needed.
• Ensure all locker room equipment is functioning properly.
• Resolve member issues using effective customer service and leadership skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
