Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform frequent walking, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the front counter and over the phone.
• Process customer orders using company systems.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
• Load customer purchases safely and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers as needed.
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory.
• Maintain product displays and seasonal merchandising areas.
• Prepare and organize parcel shipments for daily pickup.
• Keep the front counter, showroom, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and incoming freight.
• Complete additional projects and duties as assigned.
