About The Position

Cole Hardware is hiring a Temporary Seasonal Sales Associate for its North Beach location. The position focuses on outstanding customer service, sales, merchandising, and support for the store management team. Associates are expected to create positive customer interactions, work professionally and enthusiastically, and show goodwill toward customers and coworkers. The role calls for a self-starter who can work independently while contributing to the team. The associate maintains a department, stocks merchandise, keeps receiving and back-stock areas organized, and follows merchandising, inventory, and store-cleanliness standards. The position also requires attention to safety and shoplifting activity. Weekend and evening availability is required. The work involves standing, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and climbing ladders or stairs.
