About The Position

The Performance Strategy Associate role is with Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, a global management consulting firm focused on human performance. Associates work alongside client teams as frontline change agents, providing reliable data and rigorous analysis that supports real-time improvement decisions. The role includes a significant amount of on-site travel, with extensive travel across the United States, Canada, and potentially other international locations.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree.
At least 2 years of professional experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers and clients.
Demonstrated passion for results.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to respond clearly to difficult questions under pressure and use visual tools to communicate insights.
Above-average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

Nice To Haves

Power BI knowledge.
Natural Resources industry experience.

Responsibilities

Coach client analysts and line managers, share skills, build relationships across client sites, and use client networks to ensure improvement plans reflect real operating conditions.
Provide rigorous, accurate analysis and insight from data to help prioritize improvement opportunities.
Use root cause analysis to help resolve day-to-day implementation issues.
Provide technical and analytical support to client Idea owners to help ensure improvement ideas succeed.
Identify ideas that are under- or over-performing relative to expectations and validate the benefits generated by those ideas.
Use and develop leadership skills to help build the client organization’s capabilities and culture of continuous improvement.
Help embed the firm's methodology into clients’ business practices so improvement efforts are sustained after the engagement ends.
