About The Position

All Florida Paper is a privately held U.S. distributor supplying more than 8,000 products across ten market sectors. The company is hiring dependable CDL A Delivery Drivers for its distribution center in Hialeah, Florida. Drivers operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload and deliver products to customer locations on assigned routes within Florida. Routes extend no farther than Central Florida, and drivers return home nightly. The position advertises average compensation of $80,000 per year, including bonuses and overtime, with starting pay of approximately $80,000 including bonuses and overtime.

Drivers must conduct required DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections. The fleet consists of trucks and tractor-trailers with automatic transmissions, air conditioning, and lift gates; vehicles are maintained by the fleet provider and leased and replaced every five to seven years.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening in accordance with local law and regulations.
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing an average of 25–50 pounds.
